What's Keeping You From Living the Life YOU Want?

a pilgrimage to self

As a little girl I sang the song Que Sera', Sera'..."Will I be pretty? Will I be rich? Here's what she said to me. Que Sera', Sera'. What ever will be, will be...the future's not ours to see. Que Sera', Sera'. What will be will be."

I've heard this song repeated over and over in my head for years. It became my anthem and reminded me to just accept life as it unfolded for me.

But, I needed it to be different. I needed to be different. I couldn't accept the obstacles and challenges that continued to plague my life. I had to find a way, and I did find my way...along the Camino de Santiago, the 500 mile journey across Northern Spain. I discovered I wanted to make big changes in my life, and I wanted to bring the inspiration to others.

Have you ever wanted to make a big change or overcome obstacles and challenges only to realize that you lost momentum finding yourself in the same routines with the same obstacles and challenges?

What stops us? For many of us, it's fear. It stops us from living our BEST life...it stops us from being our authentic selves.

There is a way to feel the fear and continue on your path...we can use the fear to fuel us to move forward toward our dreams. We can become unstuck, make paradigm shifts in our mindset, and follow our heart's desires.

I've been there. I've been overwhelmed, experienced some major low points in my life, and learned how to climb out of the rut my life seemed to dwell in. Many successful people have felt fear, yet they move forward anyway, and you can too!

There are times in our lives when we feel stuck, alone, and unsure of the steps we need to take next to achieve the results we want. We know we want to change, perhaps we want to lose some weight, get out of debt, or unclutter our lives...or, we don't know what we want.

We want to change, but when we don't know what the next steps to take are or in what order we should take them, many of us get overwhelmed, lose our courage, and stop believing in ourselves. Our desires get left behind and we continue in our rut. Que Sera', Sera'.
