Walking the PATH of Healing to Move On From the Pain

One question I get a lot is "How do I move on from the pain of my past?" I've walked this PATH of Healing so many times and know if I can do it, so can you. I also know that the exercises are not always easy, but necessary to reclaim your life. This is why I created the PATH of Healing in A Pilgrimage to Self Lifestyle Coaching Membership.

The exercises are transformational and often require participants to do things out of their comfort zone...things that feel strange or foreign, or things that evoke emotion that they are not comfortable with...things that stretch them and help them change their perspective. I've created 5 lessons from my lifestyle coaching program to share with participants. The content follows the philosophy of the Indian Proverb, A House With Four Rooms by giving an "insiders' peak" at the membership content available to members. During the seminar, participants will have CHALLENGES to "air" out their four metaphorical rooms: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

The lessons will be delivered from your personal library created on our website when you join the Welcome Home Seminar. You'll be able to review the materials and implement the CHALLENGES during the OPEN HOUSE and participate in the private Facebook group. And after the seminar, I'll share an opportunity for us to continue working together.
