Be Part of the Kindness Movement

Today is the last day of the 7 Day Random Acts of Kindness CHALLENGE, but it doesn’t have to end; matter of fact, you shouldn’t let it end! We have the power to let KINDNESS continue to RIPPLE by doing intentional acts of kindness daily.

As we’ve learned in the last 7 Days, random acts of kindness do not have to be huge events that cost lots of money or take a lot of your time...everything from a warm hello and smile to checking in on a neighbor can have a major impact on lives, and imagine if each person in the world was participating...what a RIPPLE that would be.

As we continue to challenge ourselves to continue doing Random Acts of Kindness, I’d also like you to uplevel your practice...I want you to try not to get found out...do your Random Acts of Kindness without the recipient knowing that it was you! This can be much more challenging, and you’ll have to be more creative with your RAK practice.

Want to do even more? Try doing something nice for yourself daily. So, not only do I challenge you to continue doing daily Random Acts of Kindness, but you need to also be the recipient of your deeds. This is a great time to start a gratitude journal if you don’t already have this practice because you’ll be amazed at the difference it will make in your life.

With the upcoming holidays, many of us will not be participating in traditional family dinners as we follow the CDC guidelines for COVID-19, so it’s important to find ways to lift our spirits and those of others. Random Acts of Kindness can do that...so I encourage you to continue the KINDNESS RIPPLE.

I’d live to hear how you are participating and how this 7 Day RAK CHALLENGE made an impact on your life...please share in the Facebook group at www.facebook.com/ahousewithfourrooms

Until next time...

Lisa

The life philosophy of A House With Four Rooms suggests thinking of yourself as being four rooms: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual rooms. It advocates for doing something daily for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
