There are NO EXCUSES if YOU want to get YOUR life back on track, organized, and intentional...here we go!

We tackle a majority of issues from many angles:

  • We look at the psychological effects of the inner critic and naysayer to the development of a growth mindset, gratitude, and intentionality
  • We bring your relationships with family, friends, and coworkers into the mix and share tips to help you build stronger communication skills
  • We take things down to a manageable pace using Kaizen - one step, one room, one action, one week (sometimes, moment) at a time
  • We even discuss the benefits of keeping everything in your life organized, including the safety of keeping your car organized
  • We celebrate the successes and remember to show gratitude to those who are working alongside us by being more loving, kind, and understanding.

My goal has been to inspire you to take a look at your life with self-awareness, mindfulness, and intention; I want you to know your why in every area of your life so that you live an Intentional Life.

I teach the philosophy of the Indian Proverb A House With Four Rooms which states we must do something daily for our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This practice becomes the foundation for success in every other area of your life; it's like magic.

I also want to inspire you to understand why you aren’t living as you’d like to be, create tools to help you achieve, and cheer you on as you take action to make your dreams come true. I want to connect with you and hear your successes, funny stories, and anecdotes. They help keep me inspired and motivated too. Plus, I always learn new and better ways to share the strategies, techniques, and routines that have the power to change lives. Be sure to connect with me via the Facebook group or by email.

Here are some takeaways I want to leave you with:

Start small- If you feel overwhelmed or underwhelmed, start small. I teach the practice of Kaizen by taking small, consistent actions forward toward your goals. For example, for your physical space, take on one drawer, one closet, or one square foot of a room. Do what you can with what you have, and the inspiration will grow.

Purge!- Be willing to say goodbye to what no longer serves you, has use, or life. It’s a good thing to let things go. Watch out for those naysayers, judgmental, and toxic people. You need to be intentional with your inner circle and the people that you spend your time with.

Get an accountability partner- when you want to make changes and transformation, it helps to have a partner. Sometimes, that may be your spouse or a friend, but other times, you may have to look outside your inner circle for someone you know, like, and trust...that's one of the benefits of my programs. I become an accountability partner for my clients.

Getting intentional helps you reclaim your spirit and your pride- A lot of people who feel out of control regain their confidence when they make themselves a priority. It might seem easy to go with the flow or live an unstructured life, but you’ll be amazed at the pride and confidence that comes from getting things under control.

Celebrate the benefits of your Intentional LifeWe all work hard, whether we are talking about our personal or professional lives...it's easy to feel overwhelmed, cluttered, and frustrated...AND we forget to celebrate our wins! We want what we want and we want it right now...well, life is a journey...celebrate your journey!

I know a newfound clarity, purpose, and direction will allow you to live your clutter-free, intentional, streamlined life!

Until next time...

Lisa

P.S. We don’t have to wait until the New Year, first of the month, or a new day to start making changing to clean-up or makeover our lives...we have the ability to choose in every moment to do something different, to reframe our thoughts, and experience new feelings. If you’d like to learn more, check out my programs...let’s connect!

The life philosophy of A House With Four Rooms suggests thinking of yourself as being four rooms: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual rooms. It advocates for doing something daily for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
