3 Money Mindset Influencers to Follow

One of the best ways to change your money mindset and learn new skills is to follow influencers. Whether you need to learn practical skills or be inspired and pumped up that you can and will change your patterns, influencers are key. Mentors, coaches, and influences can help us accelerate our goals. Having a cheerleader in your corner is never a bad thing, right?

Finding and following a money mindset influencer really isn’t hard. The key is to ask yourself these questions:

Q? What sort of personality do I resonate with most?

Q? What is the best way for me to consume new information?

Q? How often do I want to engage with money mindset information?

Personality matters- If you are a quiet and shy sort, you may not be influenced by loud and in-your-face influencers. Finding someone who you gel with will make learning new techniques easier and helps them transform the way you think. The right mentor can make a huge difference to your Intentional Life.

Finding a means to learn matters- You may love a great podcast, or you might prefer to read a book you hold in your hand so you can mark it up and dog-ear the pages. Knowing the best means for you to consume new information matters. From a webinar to a classroom, there are many ways to learn. Many of us use more than one learning style to learn and having information provided in different modalities is a huge benefit.

How much time you have matters- Maybe you have time on your daily commute or on the weekends to invest in your learning. When and how you connect with the influencers who change your money mindset game is important. Knowing how much or how often you can and want to study new information will help you narrow down how you engage.

Here are three great money mindset influencers to follow:

Dave Ramsey- Is a money management expert who shares his techniques and insights based on a Christian perspective. He is considered conservative and offers no-nonsense advice. He can be found online, through his podcast, and radio show and has written multiple books.

Suze Orman- Is a money management and personal finance expert. Suze hosted her own talk show about money management and has also written books on the subject.

Pat Flynn- Is the host of the Smart Passive Income podcast. A millennial entrepreneur, Flynn shares his expertise and hosts others who share their money management knowledge as well as other subjects surrounding wealth and entrepreneurial ways to make passive income.

These money mindset influencers cross the gender, age, and economic gaps to offer sound advice and access to others in the industry. One of them is sure to inspire and influence your money mindset.

Until next time...
